We’ve just finished shooting two 30 second spots promoting the City of Summerside, and we are absolutely thrilled with the project.
A little background:
Summerside will be hosting the Canada Games this August and these spots will appear during the national broadcast. Our goal with the spots was to show that Summerside is so much more than a nice place to visit. It is a place where you can pursue ambitious career goals, enjoy safe streets and schools for your family, and rediscover personal balance.
Rather than compete with large urban centres, the goal of these spots was to show what’s missing in a big sprawling city, and why Summerside is the place to rediscover it.
We’ll post the finished product in the next week or so. Hats off to Fenian Films for bringing our creative to life and to our client, Mike Thususka at the City of Summerside for making all the arrangements for shooting in Summerside. We even had him hoisting lights and lugging camera equipment. That’s heart.
